Teens sharing the Driving on Road Trips
Thursday Travel Thoughts
What do you think is a good age for your teen driver to share the driving responsibilities on a family road trip? When did you feel comfortable enough to let your teen drive on the highway for family trips? Will you let your new driver help with holiday trip driving?
As my son looks forward to getting his learners’ permit next spring, the idea just gives me the heebie-jeebies.

Winter Snow Storms and Hotel Reviews
Thursday Travel Thoughts

After all the winter weather and blizzards we’ve had lately, I wonder how many of you had to change travel plans because of all the snow in the midwest. As the storm moves on to the Great Lakes, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast, I wonder how much impact it’s made on travel.
Here, the frigid cold made for one hour school delays. I bet they wanted to close school but since we had those 3 snow days before Halloween, could not.
************
So far we’ve set up 1030 hotel reviews of our 2750 hotels for families of 5, 6, & 8. Which leads me to ask: How much clout do you give reviews that you read? Have you decided between two hotels before based on reviews?
Now you can get hotel reviews from families like you. Get the scoop from families that are the same size as yours, families of 5, 6, & & 8.
So we ask that if you’ve traveled within the last 2 years, to hop on over to SixSuitcaseTravel and leave a hotel review to help families like you.
